Phase 1 of this development is the 9 championship golf holes laid out on approximately 100 acres (40 hectares) of beautiful rolling parkland, overlooking the magnificient Ballyheigue beach with its white sand and Brandon Mountain in the distant background. The course is 3441 yards (3110 mts) long with 2 par 3, 2 par 5 and 5 par 4 holes and trees in abundance which makes a very mature setting. This magnificent course will satisfy the demands of the very best golfers with holes varying in length from 193 yards (170 metres) to 549 yards (490 metres), it can also be the perfect introduction to the game of golf.
